Since mine doesn’t match the records im assuming I didn’t get in. Oh well

Well, looks like I’ve been rejected from every single school I’ve applied to so far.

Seriously though why did American have so many supplements…

Still hope

@ever08 , I’m assuming the same thing too. What’s your rationale behind it? I feel like they just changed the IDs, maybe? This would suck, this may be my first rejection. :(

Maybe the designed the website today and will fill the rest in another day

Any one else getting this?

“Oh Snap! The information you submitted does not match our records. Please make sure that the submitted AU ID matches the one provided in your admission letter, and that you did not mis-typed your birthdate, social security number, or telephone information. Please try again.
Please contact the Help Desk if you need assistance”

They do have work hours ya know

@goldendoor That’s the message everyone who is assuming they didn’t get in is receiving.

im still able to login.

Where are people creating accounts?

Yeah i got that too

@ashp23 , Do we have any credibility behind that assumption? I’m assuming the same thing. :

@goldendoor Not yet, but it seems like the logical assumption. Maybe there is still hope because it says specifically to “make sure that the submitted AU ID matches the one provided in your admission letter”. Maybe they did change them? I wish we had someone with an acceptance letter to verify.

Has anyone been able to log in and see if they’ve been denied? This doesn’t make sense…

So if you were able to create an account and email and all, that means you got in, right? even if there is nothing saying congrats or financial aid info?

maybe those of us not matching records have hope, but considering how the other logins sound its not the best thing to get. This isn’t official but thats my thoughts on it. Someone prove me wrong haha?

@hannahrw7 I don’t think that would be possible because the portal is for new students, faculty, etc. I think the assumption is that you’ve already been accepted.

keep the hope up guys! I have to say I’ll be pretty surprised if I was rejected…

American weight listed many students from the RD thread last year. Possible. Then again its possible this isn’t perfect or they haven’t put in all the admits (there is a large volume). It’s not the end all be all.
