<p>I got the same message, but I eventually was able to see the award, just means that that the letter hasn’t been uploaded yet. </p>
<p>I’ll try to check up on this thread over the course of the night to help you guys out with any questions. I was freaking out so I know how you guys are feeling. I’m still nervous until i get my letter in the mail. </p>

<p>I was able to create a new student account but under Academics there is no enrollment tab and under Financial Aid all it has are 4 documents about how to finance my AU education…???</p>

<p>@doctorrct Im having the same problem…no enrollment tab and 4 documents under finances:-/. They kite be uploading things alphabetically bt my last name is in the beginning of the alphabet so? </p>
<p>Maybe that’s why-- I’m literally at the end of the alphabet! But this is still really stressful and confusing!</p>

<p>I already posted but I can’t stop stressing! If I can’t even create an account because my ID is unrecognized the I should assume that I have no hope right? If anyone had the same problem earlier and it was eventually fixed then please let me know. Until then I’m gonna assume that it’s bad news 
Really disappointed because I was definitely a match when it came to GPA and ACT scores and I was in love with the school. I probably failed to show enough interest in the school which was tough to do since I live 9 hours away.</p>

<p>That’s also a possibility… I’m in PA. Don’t assume that you didn’t get in! The system is having difficulties; even the people who have been able to login can’t view all of their documents </p>
<p>When I switched from the old portal to the new it said CONGRATS on the page but I still get the frowny face when I log into the my au edu portal… I’m going to just keep trying I guess!</p>

<p>Whats the old portal and the new portal? Do you mean the prospective students portal when mentioning the old one?</p>
