<p>I got the “unavailable at this time” message also but if you go to the “loan adjustment page” it’ll show you your aid, including merit - I received the Presidential Scholarship (20k) plus 2k for national merit. </p>
<p>I’m assuming that everyone who has been able to find out their status had already created their new online account, correct? Or is there a way to log on using the AU id in the email, without creating this “new” account at this time?
