UCI sent a wave of acceptances and waitlists this afternoon around 3:30 and UCSD has just released their decisions around 4:30.

Heard on another forum that Wesleyan University will post results on March 26. Can someone confirm if that is the case ?

I am not sure anyone can. Probably best guess as last year they release on the 27th (Saturday).
