Regular Decision Chances out of state?

Hi there! I was hoping someone could help chance me for getting in Regular Decision.

I am out of state from the Northern VA/DC area which is very competitive

My GPA is pretty low at 3.3 but I had a tough course load

2190 SAT

Pretty strong extracurriculars (Varsity Dance Team officer and Universal Dance Association All-American, Orchestra, Young Republicans treasurer, show choir, Tri-M Music Honor Society, Math Honor Society, Varsity Math Team)

3 summer politics internships (2 unpaid and 1 paid)

Attended summer politics-related programs at Georgetown and the University of Virginia

Wrote about my experiences in pageants which should hopefully help me stand out

Got a recommendation from the member of my state legislature I interned for

I know my GPA is low but could my SAT and extracurriculars make up for it? Thanks in advance!

Have you calculated your UGA GPA? I would say if your UGA is 3.3 then you have a good shot with that SAT but if you fall near or below 3.0 then your chances diminish. They may interpret your stats to say that you are naturally gifted but lack the discipline/motivation to do the work to keep your grades up. Good Luck.
