<p>Hey just got rejected from Penn, kinda wishing I did Cornell ED. Can someone tell me my regular decision chances at CAS?</p>

<p>SAT: 1450 taken once (760 M 690 V)
SAT IIs: 680 IIC 730 writing 670 Physics</p>

Founder and President of Business Club
Editor of School Newspaper

Key Club
Multicultural Club</p>
<p>Work with children that have autism, ADD, etc every weekend
(wrote essay on the subject, I thought it was pretty good, but I didn't even get deferred from Penn so idk)</p>
<p>Held part time jobs all thoughout high school</p>
<p>Your test score credentials are almost identical to mine...and I got in ED, so I guess that looks good for you. However, i was also 2/360 with a 4.85gpa, and spent last summer doing research at cornell. Still, I'd say you have a good shot, but as I tell everyone, it's impossible to tell because there are far too many things to consider.</p>
<p>I concur w/ AJKates. My gpa though was a 4.0 (unweighted, valedictorian) and I had written essays that showed my commitment to Cornell. Good chances. Wish you luck! PM me if you need help.</p>
<p>i agree. my gpa was a 7.42 weighted (eh my school's fricking weird lol) ... valedictorian... my essay was idk... passionate, as cheesy as that might sound. i think they can tell if you really love doing something, vs. if you're just ********-ing an essay to please the admissions people.</p>
