Regular Decision - Class of 2018

hi everyone! figured this needed to be started. any of us could hear any day between now and april 1st!

feel free to share stats, experiences, or questions! i'm a RD applicant as well, plus a legacy.

Any day between NOW and April 1st?? Yikes, that’s crazy to think about. I figured it would be “by” April 1st meaning between like March 20-something and April 1st. I just finished sending in extra credentials to be reviewed (deferred from Early Action).

i emailed admissions to clarify, and they said “anytime until April 1st. Keep an eye out!”

ah the confirmation of anxiety

That’s amazing. Ahhh now I have to anxiously check the application portal every day until April hahaha. Good luck!

officially april 1st at 1 pm

Accepted! As a Marketing Communications major! Check your portals! The decisions are live. :)

Accepted for Media Production film & video!

Decisions are in! My D is accepted for Theater Studies: Acting. Disappointed that there was no merit aid though. Does anyone know if any potential departmental scholarships are awarded separately or would any scholarships be part of this admission notification?

The SAT score was a bit low but we are still kind of bummed about this.

oh my i forgot to post - ACCEPTED into journalism!!!

Has anyone received their physical acceptance letter yet? I live in Toronto, ON, Canada and have received mine from every school I’ve gotten into except for Emerson.

We have not received anything in the mail from Emerson, but one of the schools to which my D was accepted does not send anything out by mail. Only communication is online in terms of admission decisions. Perhaps this is the case with Emerson as well.
