<p>I heard from someone yesturday that the decision date is on March 28th. Can anyone confirm that?</p>
<p>It was the 28th last year. I don't think anybody can confirm from a credible resource (ie Duke admissions page, admissions officer) what day it will be for us just yet.</p>
<p>I can. I got it somewhere from a letter or from the website. It's def the 28th.</p>
<p>Do you remember what letter it was? Was it a likely?</p>
<p>Haha no definitely not a likely. I'll try to find whatever says the 28th this weekend and get back to you guys but I'm almost positive that's the official date.</p>

<p>You will be notified of the admissions decision in early April.</p>
<p>Right, but the last few years the Duke has released decisions before April. We're wondering if anybody from the Duke admissions office has sent or said anything saying that this year would follow suit.</p>
<p>I emailed an admission officer yesturday and received this:</p>
<p>You will receive an email in the next week regarding when we will be posting our admissions decisions on the Web and mailing the letters. Stay tuned.</p>
<p>OH SNAP!!!!</p>
<p>So that probably means that we have ~2 weeks left before decisions are posted?</p>

<p>When early decision candidates got the email with instructions, it was the week of december 5th. Decisions were released on the 10th. It's getting close</p>
<p>I thought I read somewhere that the admissions office tries to send the email with instructions five days before decisions are released, which means at the latest we'll be getting decisions around the 24th then?</p>
<p>i actually called the admissions office and they said the results will be announced on 25th</p>

<p>Whoa my god that is really early... Earliest of my regular notifications (except for Rice and W&M, who were kind enough to notify me early). Grrr Ivies don't notify til the 31st...</p>
<p>shiet i was originally gonna wait till the 31st to open my duke stuff but i def wont be able to wait 6 days....gl everyone!</p>
<p>so i know what i will be doing on the 24-25th....</p>
<p>all my acceptances come out spring break...it's gonna be either the greatest or worst spring break ever.</p>
