<p>Does anyone know when decisions will be released? I know it's early, but I'm already getting nervous!</p>

<p>I had a hard time finding anything on their website that talked aobut when RD decisions start to come out. I hope it is as early as last year.</p>
<p>Well, the web site says, “admission notification mailed by March 15.” </p>
<p>However, I hope it is mid-February like last year.</p>

<p>This year doesn’t seem like it will be the 17th… So decisions go out this week?</p>
<p>My son checked out the RIT portal this evening. It indicated he was accepted, so at least some decisions are up. No word on Honors or scholarships, but based on last year’s pattern, that sens to come through snail mail.</p>

<p>For those who have been accepted can you explain where you see that? All I see is a hectic mess on my portal.rit.edu.</p>
<p>Yes, just checked my DS’s and it has his checklist complete but I don’t see how you check the status of his application.</p>
<p>My son got his acceptance kit yesterday. Look for a big orange envelope in your mailbox.</p>

<p>When we called and asked about it they said all my stuff was received and to not worry about the portal. Guess I’ll have to wait for the mail to come.</p>
<p>I never made a portal either. I didn’t receive an email or anything (I applied common app) regarding my portal account. So far i have been disappointed by how RIT has handled this application process. Now i have to wait for the mail to come as well…</p>
<p>Yeah now that I think of it, RIT is the only school that failed to even acknowledge that I even sent in an app. No email or anything. We had to take the initiative to call them and make sure everything was there.</p>
