Regular decision question

I'm going to be applying by non-binding early action to several schools that I'm interested in. Most deadlines are November 15 or December 1, so I want to send in all my applications soon. But one school has binding early decision plans, and the deadline for that isn't until January 1. I'd really like to be done applying in the next few weeks, so am I allowed to go ahead and send in my application even though it would be regular decision? And would they wait to send my admissions decision until after the regular decision deadline?

You can apply regular admission well before a school’s early decision deadline. Your decision will be made when regular admission decisions are made.

Yeah you can, usually when you go to that schools application it will ask your under which plan you are applying under, early decision or regular decision.
