If the link is active, its in the mail most likely! I got mine the day after people in Northern California, which is really unusual. Don’t worry about it, and when you do get it, its a beautiful thing to see on your table :)

I got it a few hours ago it is a wonderful feeling!

Lillypod, I was thinking about you! to Congratulations to your S!

Thanks Mutti…how about on your end?

Oh great…my first decision will be a rejection from Wesleyan.
I just tried logging in and couldn’t and considering that I am an international applicant asking quite some finanacial aid, I guess the game is over before the waiting even started… :D

I have been a realist though - Wesleyan is not generous on money for internationals, so a rejection has very much expected.

Not being able to log in is not a rejection at this point. The ability to log in seems restricted to those getting early acceptance letters.

What’s the point of giving people an early write when the release date is only a week away?

I think it’s a way of getting their top prospects to start thinking seriously about the school, perhaps envisioning themselves there and becoming more likely to choose it.

I guess it looks like my S will have to wait until the 23rd. Thank goodness for that one other EA admit last December…

Best wishes Mutti…glad to know he already has an EA

Only one more week to go though!

Oh gosh. I’m not even going to try to log in.
I’m expecting rejection, but fingers crossed nonetheless.

For early writes- do you guys know if the financial aid letter we received are our total financial aid packages, or just the federal portion?

By the way, congrats to all who were accepted :D

Has anyone else been able to log in over the weekend even if they did not receive an earlywrite? Just wondering.

TX

I got my letter today in the mail! Good luck to all!

Wonder how anyone is able to login at all, to see those acceptances. When my son checks, the page will not even allow him to put in his ID and personal information, as it says online decisions are not available at this time. For those who are able to, is somehow the Wesleyan computer omnipotent, knowing who you are before you even log in, therefore allowing you to do so? Or has nobody actually been able to login in yet?

See if you can open this link busdriver

…and then try to log in to the second one, the admitted student one…good luck

If you can’t, I don’t think it means anything. I believe the link is only valid for those early-writes; the students who received letters as noted earlier in this thread.

Okay, that’s not working for him…he’d be pretty lucky if he got in anyways, much less early. Seems like a crafty way to navigate the system!
