I can't believe you didn't get in.
But, you got waitlisted. You are better than any of us in our school.
So, are you planning to wait?
or have you decided not to attend G-Town?
I'm thinking about UVA or W&M :(

nah,

i never really wanted to go to Gtown. It just makes acceptances at the rest of the schools seem less likley.

Don't worry. I know a bunch of people who got in Ivy League schools. Yes, they were all rejected by Georgetown. You got waitlisted! It means you're likely to get in one or more Ivy League schools. I hope you succeed! BTW, I assume you know who I am.... Ah I wanted Georgetown so badly!

actually no, who are u?

we've known each other for three years... I guess this is my first time having a long conversation with u...anyways good luck!

nlf1187, what were your Math and CR scores on the SAT?

760m 740cr

Are the admission rates and standards...different across the different Georgetown Schools? I applied to McDonough School of Business.....so idk if I will be accepted...considering the fact I got into NYU's Stern....which is very competitive....and is ranked higher than Georgetown's MSB as an undergrad. business program in US News and World Report....My basic Stats are ....770M, 690V, 680W....Math I-720, USH-700, Lit-650. Ranked 2/155...parochial NJ school.....I won a few awards...EC is adequate....and a lot of community service....good interview... so what does this mean? What do you guys think?
^^^don't know why this html isn't working

going tmasta or are you also waiting for Wharton (a guess)

No, I doubt I'll go regardless of my Wharton decision. I've gotten into Duke, and I think I'd pick liberal arts there over business at Gtown. I also got into UVA, and they have a strong bschool. And if I get into Wharton, H, P, or Y, then I'll pick from among those. Either way, I think Georgetown is probably out, especially considering the school is about a mile and a half from my home.
