<p>it's uncanny....how the USPS has a knack for being late with my mail...whenever...I'm waiting for it...everyday....I come home from school @ 2:30.... 99.9% of the time, mail has arrived...today...we're going on 2:30 and the mail truck is no where in sight.</p>

<p>That's actually pretty much the opposite of what the letter says. There's something in there to the effect of "The admissions committee is disappointed that it wasn't able to offer you a spot". It is definitely NOT what I'd ever call a harshly-worded letter.</p>
