Regular decision stats

I was deferred EA, anyone know what our chances are for RD? I heard that there are a trillion applicants and you have a chance in hell of getting in. Anyone out there that can make an applicant feel better about the situation?

in the deferred letter (which i also received) it says that normally about 10% of deferred applicants are later accepted in RD, i don't know what the stats are though. hope this helps!

The only stats available will be from last year anyway. Even if it was 10% last year, this year's RD pool may be weaker and the deferred-then-accepted rate will be higher, so you're only worrying yourself with numbers. You will, either way, be given the same consideration as everyone else.
