Regular Decision: When will they start telling us?

<p>I applied regular decision as a transfer student. All of my application materials were in by 1/15 and my portfolio made it there 2/1, though it wasn't due until 3/1.</p>

<p>I am just curious when do they start letting people know if they've been accepted or not?</p>

<p>Do they tell people as they decide?
Or does everyone have to wait until "mid-April" as the website says?
When will the first of the regular decisions go out?</p>

<p>Also, I've applied for the college of architecture, which admits transfers for Summer term only-- will this affect when I receive my decision?</p>

<p>Sorry for all the questions, I'm just so anxious to find out and mid-April seems ridiculously far away! :/ This is the only school I applied to...so everything's kind of riding on whether or not I get in.</p>

Did you apply RD to Michigan as an incoming freshman? If so, when did you receive your admission notification?</p>

Got it a few hours ago (on Feb 4th)</p>

I’ll do only the objective stuff cause I’m not too comfortable with revealing personal info over the net
SATI: 2320 (800M, 730CR, 790W)
SATII: 800 Phy, 800 Chem, 800 MII
APs: 5s on Physics C (both), Calc BC, Micro and Macro econ (all self study, school follows indian curriculum, so no aps)
School doesn’t rank but I’m definitely within 1-10/222
Leadership, comm. service, music, the typical all rounded thing I guess.</p>

<p>I’ve applied to other places where I might get more aid (in need of it) so Michigan’s a backup. Do you guys know of any scholarships I can apply for?</p>
