Regular Decision

thanks guys my boyfriends page says no new announcements. does this mean he got rejected? for those of you that were rejected did you find out online or through a letter?

No, it does not mean he is rejected. It will say on the portal what the decision is.

Log into the portal. Hover over the little clipart style picture of a Television. A whole list of options will come up

Click "Applicant" to get that subcolumn and then select decision. It should tell you the decision if one has been made.

If it still says something like "Decisions will be made in late march" or something like that, you are probably missing a required element of the application or there is some kind of problem on their end

*Decision: ACCEPTED *

CA09, my son got the diversity letter and he received the acceptance letter yesterday.

My son Julian is going to the Diversity Weekend!!! Congratulations to you all for getting accepted.

For those of you who think you didn't get accepted or got waitlisted becuase you didn't attend an interview or visit the school, don't be so hard on yourselves. All the schools do their decisions differently.

We live 15 minutes away, did not do an interview, did not even visit the school and he got in.

They understand people have busy lives with work, school......and he just wasn't visiting schools until he got accepted. The way the economy is now....schools understand that you can't visit everywhere.

So cheer up......you don't know what lies ahead of you....it might be better than you thought. So have faith and keep moving forward.

Waitlisted!!! Anybody know how many people they usually take off of the waitlist and how many get waitlisted??
