<p>Son accepted with ACT 33, weighted GPA 4.18, 7 AP’s, captain of varsity tennis team and science olympiad. In SoCal. Financial aid package good but not great…will visit in April, and then make a decision. Have to factor in several roundtrip airline tickets/year to the cost of attending URichmond, and that adds up fast. Flying in/out of Richmond is not inexpensive.</p>

<p>D2 is in 4.35 weighted GPA tons of EC’s 2150 SAT 31 ACT Richmond Scholars semi-finalist probably will end up at a VA public instead so her space may be up for a WL kid.</p>
<p>Richmond is irrational, passing on brilliant students, in favor of jocks. Ignore this school. You can do much better.</p>
