Regular decsion letter

@momof2boys8, Tough decision! I am a Union alum ('92) and I had a great time there. Very nurturing environment. S was admitted to Lafayette, I find the schools quite similar. GL!

@gracieo - the waiting is crazy. Today my S hears from Duke and Dartmouth. All Ivies report tonight online. We don’t have positive expectations. Earlier in the week he was WL at William and Mary. Yesterday we got the big envelope from Lafayette. Then we decide between Lafayette, U Maryland and GW. The stress is becoming exhausting. I’ll be quite pleased when this is all over!

@off2schoolwu - It sure is a tough decision. I’m also a Union alum ('86) and loved my years there. My S was also accepted to U MD but really prefers the small liberal arts schools. Lafayette is 4 hours closer to where we live and our son would be thrilled to attend. We have visits planned so we’ll see…Good luck to your son tonight. I agree that the stress is exhausting and I’m looking forward to our son making a final decision!!

@Gracieo- acceptance letter just arrived in MA today. I was worried when it didn’t come yesterday too. Good luck:)

accepted in VA, probably won’t attend, they were generous with FA, but i can’t pay 30k a yr when i’d pay less at UVirginia.

the personalized letter was a nice touch though
