I recently participated in a competition (music), and was wondering whether I should e-mail the details, or whether I should mail it in (with or without a sample/recording). What is the best option? I'm inclined to just email it to them.

I actually have a similar situation, and I tried calling my regional rep today. I believe that they are in committee deliberations right now, because the secretary said my rep is "out until monday."

If you do anything, try to call. Anything else would be too slow.

Alright, will do. I'm a bit late though (this even was over three weeks ago, but I had to round up proof, and the actual results/comment sheets took a while to arrive, etc.)

i think it's a bit late, considering it's march 1st and decisions come out at the end of the month. but i mean, it doesn't hurt to try.
