Regular Physics and self studying Physics B

Hey everyone,

Sorry for making so many threads, but I just realized that my new school allso doesn't have AP Physics B, which I would have been able to take at my current HS :( .

This means I'll have to self study Physics B at the same time as my regular physics course..

I got the syllabus from CB > <a href="http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/public/repository/ap-physics-course-description.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/public/repository/ap-physics-course-description.pdf</a> .

Where should I go from there? Should I try to get a good textbook-I've heard good things about Physics by Giancoli, (I already have the PR reviewbook).

Any tips, suggestions?

Thank you so much!

oops, I just realized that I posted this in the wrong forum. Could this get moved to AP Tests prep, please?

wait, do u not have an honors physics course in your school?

Nope. I’m moving to another country (Canada) lol and here they have physics 20/30 sequence where physics 20 is a semester course, same with 30. It’s a charter school for ‘gifted’ kids so I think the teaching will be good…

I got a 4 on this year’s self studying AP Physics B just by using the PR book, [HippoCampus - Homework and Study Help - Free help with your algebra, biology, environmental science, American government, US history, physics and religion homework](http://www.hippocampus.org/), and what I learned in the regular class
