They are SO durable! I really do miss them. They are definitely a classic look and they went very well with our old house which had pinkish stucco and a red tile roof, you know that Spanish/Mediterranean look that’s so popular in the Southwest. We don’t have those tiles in our current home, but they wouldn’t go with the Cape Cod style of our current house…
We don’t have white cabinets now and I’m glad. They always got so grimey…
What floors do you have in your Cape Cod style home? We are redoing our kitchen and staining the whole first floor. I don’t really like the orangey red it is now.
We were finally about to order the luxury vinyl plank (mid-toned, will match adjacent wood) and my husband go nervous - now we are just ordering a box of it to double check the color/pattern. It feels like the stress of this rehab thing will never go away, although I know it will! lol.
