Reinventing myself..

So.. I've gone through a reflecting period in my life. Always happen some point after my birthday.

Looking at myself... I see nothing but a empty guy.
Like.. academically I'm always on point. I love learning. I love math. I love computer science.

I can barely interact with people anymore. It seems I lost touch with what people my age seem to like.

I've retreated to my studying and reclusion. I'm soulless, and emotionless. I lack the muse or spark to complete the art that is my life.

The me I am is so conflicted. I want to know.. how do I reinvent myself anew? I want to be a new me, and move on from the conflicted-ness that is my mind.

Dude, just go get a job that forces you to deal with people on a daily basis. Problem solved.

We ladies have this affect on men

I recommend that you join clubs/activities that would enable you to interact with other students.

When I’m already in clubs and activities where I’m interacting. I still feel empty…

Start partying. That’s what I plan on doing.

try to meet someone, ask to hang out, and then see where it goes

Well, what do you want from/for yourself that you don’t already have? As soon as you determine that, you should be able to undergo reformations.

Get off CC.

^That’s not as simplistic as it may seem.

This post kind of reminds me of “The Perks of Being a Wallflower.” Maybe you should check it out?

As for suggestions, why don’t you try going to your school’s football games this year (if you don’t already)? Even if you know nothing about the game, it’s always fun to just go with a group a friends and scream/boo when everybody else screams/boos. I don’t know, but it always made me feel like a part of something when you’re out there wearing some school gear cheering right along with everyone else (especially at the homecoming game). Maybe I’m just weird. Lol.

Sounds like you could use some good old-fashioned casual sex.

That works too. Just remember kids: pulling out doesn’t always work.

^ But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t roll the dice anyway.

^^^ Lol, I know the game of football so well, and the school team so well, it’s not even funny. No one goes to the games, not even homecoming.

And no sex for me now. I haven’t found that girl yet.

^ It doesn’t matter. I’ve been told to do whoever I can.

^^ No, but people should know. There are some people out there who don’t know how not to get pregnant.

^^Well, it was worth a shot. What’s something that’s really popular at your school (i.e. a certain club, going to a certain sport’s game, etc.)? Maybe you could try doing that? Football games are realy popular at my school, but every school is different.

Are you not sure?

Well, what do you want from/for yourself that you don’t already have? As soon as you determine that, you should be able to undergo reformations.

^^^ I know it’s true, but I’ve always found that really hard to believe. The information is so ubiquitous that it’s difficult to imagine that people haven’t heard these things SOMEWHERE. I mean, a 30 second Google search will provide all the info you need.

For real. It’s like how could you NOT know? You can’t have made it to high school without finding this stuff out.
