Amazing post!!! :D

Maybe you need a different motivational mindset. Just think things like “group interaction is going to make me a more successful -insert profession of choice here-” and “creating bonds with other people is the best way to both market myself and create career/financial/personal opportunities for myself.” Then stop thinking of yourself as an outcast and start telling yourself that you enjoy being with other people. Just be sociable and outgoing and polite with everyone until you meet a group of people with whom you feel comfortable.

Maybe I do… I just don’t know anymore. I miss the younger me, the confident yet humble me.

Have you considered volunteering?

I volunteer a lot of time, to youth in my community.

Well, how do you currently differentiate from what you want to be?

Elaborate on your question? How am I different from who I want to be?

What do you want to alternate about yourself?

Do you just want to be more content?

I think I saw one your posts that stated that you are African American.

I got the perfect solution!

Become skinny (I don’t know your current physique so this does not apply if you are already thin)

Buy tight jeans

Learn to jerk

There we go!

Do the stanky leg.

^^Lol, sounds like my brother (minus the jerking).

^

No. Learn to jerk.

Skinny won’t work for my physique. Building muscle sucks.

I detest skinny jeans.

Jerking was one of the 5 stupidest dances I’ve ever seen.

Get “white boy” preppy then. Polo shirts, khaki shorts, Sperrys, etc.

Breakdance?

Load up on BET.

@SandwichGirl: He skateboards. Does that make up for it? :p

If you want to do something that changes your look but is simple, try wearing a baseball hat, but make sure the brim is flattened out.

My look is fine. I krump in my free time, instead of the common b-boy.

I feel really really bad because now that I know that you’re black and crump in your free time, I see you completely differently.

Edit - A black guy named Oscar? Why does that seem odd to me?
