<p>How many of you were reject to the UCs that you're now accepted to if u applied straight out of high school?</p>
<p>I was rejected by UCI/UCLA out of high school, the only UCs I applied to. </p>
<p>I wonder if this plays a part in decisions as well.</p>
<p>I was rejected from the 2 UC’s I applied to in HS. UCSD and Davis. My gpa at the time was below 3.00…so yeah…that’s why.
But now, I have a 3.946 and have been accepted into UCSD so far. waiting on la and berk</p>
<p>i had a 3.75 gpa and 1740 sat… was rejected. sucked.</p>
<p>I had a 3.7 and a 33 on my act’s and wayyyy too many ec’s including track & cross country captain, key club treasurer, 2 other campus clubs’ president, one of the team leaders for my school media program and over 200 volunteer hours.</p>
<p>I applied everywhere and only got into irvine, santa cruz, riverside and merced.</p>
<p>that sucks… my bf was like that. he had 3.75 gpa (no honors/ap) because he studied internationally 3 years out of 4… only did his senior year here… but got like crazy good grades that transferred to a 3.75 gpa here… 1890 sat… REJECTED from EVERYWHER! ucsb, ucla, uci, ucsd, ucb… ucsb screwed him up though.</p>
<p>^oh and I also had 6 ap classes.</p>
<p>But yeah, I was pretty depressed for a while. But I get to spend an extra year with my gf(she’s the same age, but a grade younger) so its not all bad!</p>
<p>aww that sucks. lets hope it turns good for all of us! =P.ucla needs to hurry it up</p>
<p>i got into sd and davis during high school…but now davis rejected me and sd is still pending…some luck…</p>
