Rejected at UF: UCF or USF for engineering?

I am new here. I got accepted to Georgia Tech and Embry Riddle, but no money offered so I can't afford to go there. I just got denied from University of Florida (1390SAT, 9 AP's, 4.25 GPA). Family crisis caused me to miss RDI and I did RDII. I have been accepted to UCF and USF (my back-ups). I am disappointed about UF, but that's life. Now I really need to do some quick research on which school would be better for me with a computer/electronic/electrical engineering major.
All help and suggestions appreciated.

I would pick UCF, their program is really improving and Orlando is great location for you to work as an intern while in school. There are so many companies in that area. I was actually considering UCF (along with UF, Berkeley, and GT), decided to go with UF, but you will get a solid education there. Don't get too hung up on its rank, just take advantage of the opportunities there.

UCF. My dad hires a bunch of people from there for his employer. I'm sure that's the same with lots of other companies.

Spoke with my husband who works as a principal engineer here in Orlando. His company hires a lot of UCF graduates, especially in mechanical engineering. He says they've been quite pleased with those hired so far.

I don't know many in-depth statistics about these schools, but as a HS student in Florida, I see UCF as having greater perceived quality overall. It's very huge, though...but if you wanted UF, you probably don't have a problem with that.

For engineering in the state of Florida, UCF is the 2nd best option (UF being the best). At one time, UCF was actually Florida Technological University...refecting its technology emphasis and ties with the space program.
