REJECTED ED FROM WHARTON! What do i do to get back in it?

Looking to go to Rutgers University this fall. Prospective major in economics?

No leadership in high school…is there anything I can do to bump up my chances of transferring as a sophomore into wharton?

See all the threads that hopeful2007 started. Short answer is that your chances are extremely low - they look at the same things they do in a freshman app (plus 1st year grades) so if they didn't like you last time they won't like you better this time.

any successful transfers think they can help me out here?

if anyone knows these successful transfers on CC can i have their s/n?
thanks

what if I was waitlisted (and then rejected) and tried to transfer?
What would my chances be in that case?

If you had no leadership in high school, you're doomed.

Seduce Amy Guttman.

Haha OP you called hopeful2007 (also rejected Wharton ED) a "pathetic Ivy applicant". He's going to Rutgers too. Maybe you two should get together and start a Wharton transfer club there. Or are you two the same person? :)

If you're from Cali, why the hell are you going to Rutgers?

coincedentally, I have relatives in NJ. Also, all the U of C's that I applied to here arent willing to give me the amount of money that Rutgers is willing to give me.

And I hear that Rutgers has a terrific women's basketball team. :)

^Don Imus would disagree :)

Venkat, two more posts till you hit the big 2000!
