Rejected from Cal and UCLA ... UCSD anyone?

Anyone in the same situation as me? I got rejected from both Cal and UCLA, so I guess I'm going to UCSD!

Yep. Same :]
Haha, second rejection this week after Claremont McKenna.
Didn't even feel bad at all, haha.

Yup rejected from both. UCSD it is!

haha, ughhh this sucks! Anyways what colleges are you guys in?

yup my situation. see you all at revelle, or admit day!

YEA!! i kinda knew i wasnt gettin into berkeley, n it was between ucsd n davis for me, but i think i might end up in sd...sixth college, anyone?

hahah probably going to UCSD too. thurgood marshall for me.

same here, ERC, eh can anyone tell me why my admitted page does not show which major i am admitted?, it just stated that i am admitted to ERC but no info about my major(econ), is it the same for you guys??

any info is much appreciated!=]

it's funny that there are threads like these, and yet people on this forum will still adamantly refuse to admit that sd is often a back-up school for cal/la.

Muir for this little one.

Misery loves company, no?

sixth for me

rejected from ucb...oh well I wasn't really set on going there anyways. ERC for me

hey is anyone considering ucsb over ucsd? im serious. just wondering.

Well, I've always though UCD was the backup school. I hate Cal. And i can't stand how some undeserving people get in. But oh well, YAY UCSD. Anyone in warren?

Yah, me too. Got rejected from LA and Cal, which is very disappointing, but hey, at least SD wants me. :/

yes i guess we should be happy about SD, their acceptance rate is pretty low this year

same for me

I'm in Warren as well! =D

rejected from LA but accepted to Berkeley and SD, but i think i am pretty much going to sd.
but im not too sure--
which is a better choice for a neuroscience major?

Neuroscience is one of SD's most strongest programs. SD > Berkeley in terms of neuroscience

thanks Kiego!
thats what i saw in sd's brochure, that it had one of the best neuroscience programs, but i didnt know whether to trust it.
so thanks!!
