I applied to Pittsburgh campus on 10/27, however, I got accepted to Bradford instead.
I’m only interested in the main campus though.
On my application, I did not state that I will take the December ACT.
Is it possible to tell them to reconsider their decision when my ACT score comes out around mid-december?

should I call them or email them?
