<p>First off, I'm a senior and I go to a top 30 high school in America according to Newsweek if that makes a difference. </p>

<p>Very Strong Upward GPA trend every year
Got 6 A's and 1 B first semester
GPA: 3.35 Unweighted
ACT 30 Composite</p>

<p>Also, my essays and recommendations will be pretty good overall. </p>

<p>UF probably rejected you, b/c you were such a great applicant who was probably never going to enroll in their school (google: Tufts Syndrome).</p>

<p>I’m a little surprised as well, and no Iboss1223, I doubt it. The books that I have read by admissions officers say that they don’t do such silly things. I see that you have been accepted to Northeastern though, so you don’t have a lot to worry about. I don’t think that you will get into Emory. Maybe the two.</p>

<p>You’re not really tuftable at UF (the tuftables can have 30 on the ACT but 3.3 UW is not going to make you a tuftable candidate; a tuftable candidate for UF with 30 on the ACT will usually have UFGPAs in excess of 4.3)</p>

<p>UF is a very, very irregular school, though.</p>

<p>UMich- best match out of all. (avg gpa=3.7 though, but the average low gpa is 2)
Emory- weakest match of them all (avg GPA=3.7, lowest=2.9, and avg ACT=31)
UTA- seems like an okay match (your GPA is a bit low for their average which is a 3.6, lowest 2.7)</p>
