rejected from UNC, get in where now?

I applied UNC-CH early out of state and got rejected, so now I am nervous bout my chances. I applied to UVA, College of William and Mary, and Virginia Tech all in-state. I also applied Boston College, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, and Wake Forest. I always submitted as a bio major or hist of science major, if that makes a diff. My essays for unc were trash (which is prob why I didn?t get in), but for everyone else they are pretty good (not boring). My recommends are strong-2 or 3 for each school.

Do you think ill get in anywhere? Important ones to me are UVA and Johns Hopkins (tho its too expensive)

Thanks!

yeah UVA doesn't seem to care much about SATs. One of my teachers told me they just check that you are in their combined middle 50% or close.
