<p>i called and they said they only want updates such as new awards received, etc…they didn’t sound too enthusiastic about receiving more recs or letters…meanwhile, columbia explicitly stated that they encourage a supplementary statement…so i’m a bit confused as to what Penn wants</p>

<p>just because you send stuff in doesn’t mean you’re getting in off the waitlist. there is a very slim probability you even will. there’s always hope, but don’t treat it like certainty</p>
