Rejected :( was supplements the reason?

hey!! im pretty shattered i dint make it. but while i was wondering what went wrong i recollect having sent in a number of documents such as abstracts of my research & newspaper clippings etc. While the content was powerful - perhaps stanford dint take too kindly to my sending them??? (I had sent an e-mail explaining my decision to send them & i got a response saying i shouldnt have & they would be not considered). Could this be a major reason i dint get in? for seeming arrogant or not following instructions or something??

(On a brighter note I made it to berkeley, ucla, northwestern & swarthmore having sent them the same supplements :) :) :) )
Let me know what you guys think?
(P.S: To all those who made it : CONGRATULATIONS!!!! It wouldve been great to have been with youll at stanford
& to those who dint : were in the same boat! :) some place amazing would love to have you : )

Who knows…Stanfords decisions are at times arbitrary (even more so than HYP’s). Hold out till April 1st (its coming up fast!) and then all doubt will be removed. However, I do completely doubt any supplement you sent in actually hurt you.

I agree with Rtgrove123. Probably didn’t help or hurt. My son sent in some extra supplements and he was accepted. Don’t kill yourself trying to second guess your decisions.
