Is there any chance of me being rejected when I have already received admitted letter from universities? Here is my case. I am planning to apply for some universities Early Action, the notifications will be on Jan 1. But many of these schools require to submit mid year report, however my mid year report is really really pathetic (due to some personal reasons), totally different from 3 previous years. If my teacher submit the report after I have received the notification, can the admission officer rethink and reject me when seeing the report?

chrismalefield…Yes, it is certainly possible to have an admission revoked. Nearly every university requires a student to send in their final grade transcript from high school as part of the continuing admission process. Universities will ask for a mid-year grade report if a student is deferred during an EA round, and possibly even as part of the normal EA process. A significant decline in your grades (each school defines this differently) COULD lead to your admission being revoked/denied. If that should happen, you’ll likely have a chance to explain the decline before the decision is finalized. If you can show them that you got past the personal problems and got your final semester grades back on track it might help offset any doubts the university would have and differentiate your situation from plain old “senioritis”.
