<p>I got rejected from the VCU direct medical, and now i am thinking: Will i get in anywhere? I am only being pessimestic nowdays about all my college apps....I probably wont get in to any of the bs/md programs...oh well....</p>

<p>u got rejected from ONE program... did you think that you were gonna get into all of em?... alrite then... no need to get all sad... just wait and see wat happens... i didnt apply to VCU cuz im not a fan of going down to virginia for 7 years but its a VERY competitive program... so no worries man... keep your head up and good luck</p>

<p>dont worry. its just one of many. rpi turned me down early on but 4 other schools have contacted me for interviews. :) There's always hope (or maybe I'm just saying that in my temporary uber-happy state- just got a call from tcnj for interview) :) :)</p>
<p>ya i got turned down as well...i had a 1520, 4.6 gpa, top ~1, 2 Percent of my class of 814 kids, 3 research experience, only aroudn 200 hours of volunteer, but ya</p>

<p>neelesh, don't lose hope. this is just one of many that you can get into. i advise forgetting about it, becuz being upset and discouraged might affect ur performance in interviews for other progs...just be optimistic, everything'll work out... :)</p>

<p>What were your stats 'PrinceofNam'? If you don't mind my asking...and Rishug87, did you get rejected from RPI or VCU? I'm just curious, because your stats seem stellar...</p>
<p>You guys will get into medical school no matter what whether its 6.7,8 or more years. If you are that dedicated you will succeed in your undergraduate study. That said I was rejected from NEOUCOM but got into CWRU PPSP.</p>
<p>heh thx, i haven't heard from rpi, but i kinda have legacy =), im pretty bummed about vcu especially since my cousin got in with some ok stats. it worries me a great deal for future programs</p>
