rejection from UCD = rejection from UCSB??

I got rejected by UCD & accepted by UCSB! amazing .

rejected from Santa Barbara, but I got in Davis :S bizarre

nephew rejected by ucd, accepted by ucsb, engineering.

rejected by ucd, accepted to ucsb

didn't get into anything..

My friend got rejected by UCSB but accepted into UCD. Kinda weird.

I got into both so whatever.

I was rejected from Davis. I not only got into Santa Barbara, but actually San Diego as well.

WHAT?!?!

i was rejected from Davis. I not only got REJECTEDto Santa Barbara, but actually San Diego as well.

WHAT?!?!

I'm going to guess that I'm not the first who got into UCD but rejected from UCSB?

More or less they are just a crap shoot

I Got In!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]

good for you darlinn.

imo, it's harder for you to get into ucsb even though it's true the major could be a factor...

i heard many students last year and this year got rejected by ucsb but accepted by uci or ucd, and didn't hear the other way...

i was accepted by ucsb, ucd, & ucsd, but rejected from uci...

Basically, UCI, UCD, and UCSB are interchangeable from what I've seen. You'll always be able to find someone rejected from UCD but accepted to UCSB/UCI, or rejected from UCSB but accepted to UCI/UCD, and all the other variations you can think of.

rejected from both ucd and ucsb.....waiting on uci

My cousin got into UCSB, not UCD, LA, SD or I.....still awaiting Berkeley with no hope, he says....

haha i got in everything, but i think it really depends on teh major that ur going for, i have a friend who got into UCSB and davis with just a 3.4 GPA and a 1700 for SAT score, however thers another guy with 2200 and 3.7-8 who didnt even get in DAVIS. SB actually i think is less than davis of course cus davis got more applicants...overall SB is better than davis in almost every subject matter cept biology, and their Engineering is top 20 in the U.S

what major did your friend apply for??
