Rejection Notification?

Has anyone received a rejection from Point Park? I’ve only heard about the acceptances. Thanks!

Son has not heard a thing. It was the first school he was academically accepted to, probably in October. He auditioned at the Chicago Unifieds. He has almost made his decision between his two top choices, but it would be nice to have an answer either way from PPU

I’ve heard that some kids will not hear until after April 15. Not sure why they’re doing it like that, but I read (I think somewhere on here), that the next batch will be notified on April 15.

I saw that on Twitter and that’s what I was told when I called. I wonder why.

My D got her rejection notification from Point Park. She auditioned at Moonifieds in the Fall. Rec’d the letter maybe 4 weeks ago?

COPA had auditions last weekend and I think they may have another scheduled in April. Perhaps this is the delay for some applicants, but that is just my guess.

That could make sense. They still have some slots and create a pool for decisions.

Has anyone heard of movement on/off the waitlist?

I’m going with CTownMom’s theory that they were waiting for all the auditions to be done. The last one was Saturday the 12th if I remember correctly. Hopefully they will have the results mailed out soon. I’m curious how many auditioned at this late date.

My D received a letter on yesterday- she has been moved off of the wait list to accepted.

Congratulations!! The glacier process is moving…

Mine too! Congrats everyone!
