Oh well, I got a letter from the "Duke Difference" saying "by virtue of your qualificants, you are attractive to other distinguished colleges and universities"

ha, if only it were true.

Well, I was expecting it so it wasnt a surprise for me.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Princeton rejection. I have to tell you that, as an adult, I have enjoyed reading all of your high-spirited posts and your insights into the college process. As a Cornell alum, I am curious as to your outcome with Cornell admissions.

Sempitern, any school you attend will be enriched by your interesting and thought provoking insights. Best of luck to you.

Sempitern is a sort of leadership council from some book I read I forget the name

and yes, my cornell decision surprised me, espescially because I read somewhere that 2 years ago 31 out of 36 males who applied to HE got accepted

oh well, que sera sera. I have gotten over the decisions.

I dont think I'm going to appeal the waitlist from any colleges I got waitlisted at

Duke is a great college. The only high schooler in a school near mine that made a 1600 went to Duke on a full scholarship. I don't think anyone else made a 1600 ever in that school. So congrats man :)

haha. i already asked about this, shrek. very important to me (i wrote for the newspaper a nice little funny little piece on an addiciton to starbucks... :)). Anyway, I haven't been to campus yet (waiting to get in before spending money to go there) but apparently there is a starbucks right across the street, on nassau... somewhere closeby. so, yes.
