<p>i have received the DHL email, and was really happy, until i read that a few people (US though) have received rejections through mail.</p>

<p>I don’t think so. I don’t think they send rejections to internationals through DHL, because they only need to send a little letter and not a big package. I’m not positive, but everyone seems to say that the DHL email is an indication of acceptance so I don’t think that that is how they send rejections.</p>
