I want to go to UC Berkeley L&S Undecided.

My weighted UC GPA: 4.05-4.1
Unweighted: 3.75

of AP's: 4 Junior Year, 5 Senior Year

Went to 2 high schools, 1 in the US and 1 in Canada

SAT: 2250, one sitting (690 CR, 770 M, 790 W (11))
SAT IIs: Math 2C 770+, Bio E 760+, USH 760+

EC's (fairly weak)
1) Vice president of Marketing and Sales at Alpine Cap, a Junior Achievement Co.
2) Varsity swim team for grades 10-11 in Canada
3) member of 40-hour walk-a-thon through Kingston, Montreal, and Quebec to raise awareness for effects of war on children; 40+ hrs. of community service received for it.
4) Sagamok trip for 1 week to an Indian reservation to help improve schools and teach the kids.
5) Member of the school band in grades 9 and 11 (Canada)
Couldn't do any in Junior year in the US due to adjusting to courseload.
During the summer, I will be volunteering at an Immigration services center to help teach new immigrant kids English and Math; may be starting my own organization to help build 1 well in Africa.
6) Robotics team in Senior Year

I guess my strong point is my essay... I lived in 4 different countries in search of a better education, so I never had any roots. This had a great impact on my academic life. When I was just "settling" in Canada, many Asian immigrants' applications got rejected (without even a review) so I pretty much got kicked out. This forced me to retake grade 11 in US, so I can take APs and prep for the SATs.

What are my chances?
