Releasing Contact Info For Roommate

<p>I know that we should know our roommates soon or next week. During the past 2 years they released roommate info during the first Friday of the month.</p>

<p>On my housing application, I stated that I wanted to release my contact info and name to my roommates. I logged into the application and it says yes to releasing info.</p>

<p>However, Bearfacts says that I did not release contact info. Does that me housing will not give my contact info and name when roommate assignments are up? Are Bearfacts and housing releated?</p>

<p>On the housing app., I put:</p>

<p>May we release your name and phone number to your new roommate(s)?<br>
- Please Select - Yes</p>

<p>well the only thing i can think of is that everything is kinda being adjusted still so jsut wait it out</p>

<p>I got the option to release the contact info on the housing app. a couple months ago.</p>

<p>bearfacts and housing are run by two different associations on campus. since bearfacts doesn't contact your roommates, i'd be confident with the information posted on the housing website</p>

<p>also. even if they don't get your info, you'll still (in all likelihood) get theres. so you'll still be able to contact them.</p>
