Relevance Of Getting Late Application.

My s. applied late relatively speaking, he applied right after Christmas, the appl. was complete as his scores and transcipts were sent in right away. He is above their median 50% with a 1990 SAT score. I know with rolling, the longer down the road you apply, the less spots there are to offer. So..does anyone know how much of the class is filled thus far? What are chances for a kid like my son who applied late in December? Last how long does it take to find out if he got in? I know you can't check online, so when do you think he will hear? Thanks.

Just verify that they received everything yourself. We found out by contacting all of the schools my son applied to, that his transcript was missing at Q. Frankly, I really suspect that the mistake was on Quinnipiac's end, bc everything is sent in one envelope from our hs, and they seemed to be pretty efficient. Son's gc needed to call them and fax his transcript, so that delayed our son's application. Fortunately, we found the problem in November. As far your Qs, I can't answer. I know that they were not the first school to notify our son about his acceptance. They came in somewhere in the middle for my son in terms of acceptance notification, even though they are rolling. My son did apply to number of schools EA, as well as RD.
