If I graduate community college with an associate degree and apply for transfer to Ivy Leagues and T20 universities, even if they require HS transcript they won’t look at my high school GPA, right?
If they require your HS transcript, they will look at it. What is unclear is how much weight it will actually carry.

I sure hope you are casting a wider net than just the Ivies and T 20 colleges…but that’s my opinion.

If they ask for your high school record, they may consider it at a non-zero weighting, although the more college record you have, the more it matters relative to your high school record.
