<p>I have been thinking about transfer due to lack of a strong program and social environment. I have mediocre stats but i aim for a high institution, so i am little confused to think about my options here.</p>
<p>Stats:
currently a sophomore
GPA: 3.87 / 4.0 (end of freshman year)
major: electrical engineering.
General Secretary of International students club
Work: 20+ hours a week on campus
Assistant Manager of a coffeehouse in college
Tech support at college Helpdesk
Math tutor on campus / off-campus.
Member of best buddies club (making connections with the disabled around)
Member of the NHS
Internship on "TiO2 photocatalysis" during the summer '05
SAT I: 1270 Math 730 verbal 540 (taken in 2003)
SAT II: 1970 Math IIC (700) Physics (690) Verbal (580)</p>
<p>I can't think of any appropriate list of schools to start with for a transfer for fall 06. I know i should get started pretty quick now. </p>
