<p>Let your steam off slowly. It's okay, I just had a bad day at school too. what made you angry? I would suggest every teen that experiences stress listen to the audio CD Don't Sweat The Small Stuff For Teens. It really helped me.</p>
<p>1.Listen to relaxing music (Sigur ros, Mogwai, etc...) </p>

<p>I really like listening to some music like sigurros said, but it can be anything that you enjoy. also, try watching some comedies *cough scurbs *cough</p>
<p>I normally play around with a yo-yo, or Counter Strike to relieve stress.</p>
<p>Meditate or exercise. Both will mentally and physically relieve you, if done properly.</p>
<p>Get a cute girlfriend.</p>
<p>Put on some really happy music and dance around. Or watch some Dane Cook. ^_^</p>
<p>For me, eating what i like relieves an considerable amount of stress.
