I know that Fordham is a Jesuit School, but I'm really sure what having a religious affiliation entails. I am agnostic, so would I be really out of place at Fordham?

Fordham is Jesuit which is an order of Catholicism, but you shouldn't feel out of place. There is a requirement that you take two theology classes. The first is Faith and Critical Reasoning. I think you might even enjoy that because it is an exercise in critically evaluating faith- its origins and how it fits into today's society. Its really more of a philosophical approach to things. The second class is one of your choosing. You will have the chance to decide which class best fits you. Fordham offers so much for people of all faiths and none at all.

I consider myself what I call a "Jewish Agnostic Athiest" and I am most wholeheartedly going to Fordham LC.

I've done my homework about Fordham, and I really don't expect it to be an issue whatsoever, but if it is, I'll get that back to you...

We have a great theology program at Fordham. As one who very much enjoys theology as an academic study, I have nothing but praise to offer for the professors and courses in the dept.

Theology and Philosophy are the best classes at Fordham. No other courses tackle such important topics that we all deal with on a daily basis. At least that's what I think.

I love to see my fellow Ram-mates engaged in meaningful, polite conversations. :-)
