Religious affiliations?

I'm an Asian female from MD looking at DC area colleges. My intended major is accounting. Originally my choices were either CP or Georgetown, my friends recommended American and GW as well.
I'm not associated with any religion - however I'm not an absolute atheist, maybe on some level agnostic. I'm very open minded and welcome diverse ideas, though in essence I think I am probably more inclined to Buddist ideas than those of other religions.
I heard that Georgetown has a very strong Jesuit culture, but I'm not familiar with any of the details. What is it like to attend a traditionally very religious college like Georgetown? To what extent will religious events constitute the student life?

Thanks! :)

bump! i’d like to hear about this, too. (jigreens, it sounds like our beliefs are pretty similar.)

religion has nothing to do with the type of experience you’ll have (that has been the overwhelming consensus in these forums anyway).

As for the schools to which you are applying: CP and American are dead ends for business. GW or GTown are your best bets. Also, look into some schools further from home: I was really attached to my family but I’m not even home sick now that I’m in college (life is too exciting to stop and reflect).
