<p>It should not hurt you. There are a lot of non-Catholics at most Catholic colleges. My daughter is the child of two Protestant pastors and was accepted at every Catholic school to which she applied (3) and received very generous scholarships from all of them.</p>
<p>You probably will have to take a religion course or two but many Catholic colleges have a wide range of classes that meet this requirement. One of the 3 my daughter considered did require an introduction to Catholicism class and sent a letter explaining how she could become a Catholic while attending - she opted for a different school.</p>
<p>Some schools are for the devout. Some are just affiliated and there is very little students need to do to participate. What schools are you considering</p>
