Religious ethics graduate programs

Okay, I've been looking for some field of graduate study in either philosophy or religious studies that will allow me to combine my interest in politics, philosophy, and religion. I think I may have found something like that here:

http://www.brown.edu/Departments/Religious_Studies/graduate/rct.html

and here----------

http://www.yale.edu/religiousstudies/fields/ethics.html#intro

But I seriously doubt I'll be going to either Yale or Brown, so can someone suggest some other schools with comparable programs? Also, I'm not dead-set on being an academic. That would be the most obvious career option after earning a PhD, but I think my ideal job might be acting as some kind of public intellectual, if such a thing exists. An even more interesting idea would be to combine this with a law degree, and try to be some kind of scholar-activist-commentator. I don't really know what I want. I want to do lots of things, and I'm not sure if they're all totally compatible. I think they should be, but I honestly don't know.

I would appreciate any thoughts you might have.

Thanks
