<p>Should you relist awards you put the the Honor section also in the EC seciton under position,honor, letters won?</p>
<p>For example, lets say i put down Siemens Semifinalist under Honor (its a pretty big award).</p>
<p>However, I also put down Research as an EC and put a lot of hours for it. Is it a good thing to relist Siemens Semifinalist to show that because I worked hard for it, I was rewarded with a Siemens Semifinliast (and to show colleges how I won that award)</p>
<p>I mean i wont relist everything, maybe 2-3 of the awards (to put it in perspective)</p>
<p>Or should I not relist it because it might annoy colleges?</p>
<p>Repeating information is a bad idea. Colleges give their applications thorough readings. They’ll note each and every one of your honors, even if you list them only once. Beware the Department of Redundancy Department.</p>
<p>But what if you have two different research things listed?</p>
<p>How will colleges know which one you won the Siemens Semi in?</p>
<p>So NO one relisted awards??</p>
<p>I mean, will it really make them mad or something? Because Im just doing it to clarify some things? For example, lets say you win both ISEF and Siemens (both really big awards), and you did 2 research projects.</p>
<p>Would it not be a good thing to list those awards again under a specific research (since if i put research under 2 different EC categories)?</p>
