Remedial math courses costly for students, colleges

I am all for women’s rights, but when laws were changed that required equal treatment for women (not that it is all the way there, but still big changes from pre 71), teacher quality went downhill. Of course some are great, but no uniformly, and Ithink math got hit the hardest.
